We will send you a mail of confirmation and an invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Payment:<\/strong><br>A deposit of 40% of total price is required to confirm your booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rest of the payment will be at the beginning of the tour, by cash in euros, dollars or dirhams, or by credit card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cancellation Policy:<\/strong><br>Cancellation requests should be sent via email to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be canceled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 15% of the entire tour price will be charged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Between 60 and 30 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Between 29 and 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Between 14 and 7 days before your arrival date 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Between 7 and 1 days before your arrival date 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No show : the total cost will be charged !<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Children plolicy:<\/strong><br>Children aged 2-4 years are free of charge<br>Children aged 5-12 years qualify for a reduction of 50% when sharing a room with 2 adults (parents), a maximum 1 child per family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N.B: You are responsible for providing a proper child safety seat that can be used in our minivan or 4X4 Toyota Prado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Accommodation:<\/strong><br>Packages with accommodation are based as a default on two persons sharing a double room. For Single Occupancy Rooms, a single supplement is applied. Hotels in the itineraries are listed as an indication of quality and rooms may be reserved at a similar hotel category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Insurance :<\/strong><br>We do not provide any insurance.
